Reporting a Maintenance Issue

We hope that your tenancy will run smoothly but understand that issues can arise. Please report any maintenance issues on our online reporting system by clicking here or using the ‘Report a Problem’ tab on this website.

We have a commitment to resolve problems quickly and reliably; this system provides you with advice and help in giving us the information that we need to best understand and resolve issues. You are also able to upload photos of the problem which may assist our contractors to better identify and rectify the issue.  The system can be used 24 hours a day and will be actioned during office hours.

Please take some time to familiarise yourself with the system and to set up an account. Should you have a problem in the future, it will simplify the reporting process.

Our office is located at 161 St Johns Hill, London, SW11 1TQ and our opening hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

If at any time you need the emergency services, please dial 999 and then contact us.
Outside of these hours we have a pager service for emergency issues. An ‘emergency’ is defined as “a serious, unexpected, and often dangerous situation requiring immediate action” e.g. burst pipe, flood, fire, gas leak etc.  please call us on 0845 230 3828 and leave a full message including your name, contact number, property address, and issue. We will reply to your call as soon as possible.
